Mum & Baby Yoga
This is a gentle and easygoing course designed to help you get back into shape mindfully postpartum, bringing your baby along to the class for fun.
Focusing on developing core strength, pelvic floor, creating calm and getting used to your body (and appreciating how amazing it is) as you adapt to the huge change of the last 12-months. We work with breathing techniques, postures and movement and some light meditation to strengthen body and clear the mind for this exciting new chapter of your life.
We even try out some baby yoga you can use to sooth your baby when you're back at home.
